Danuglipron

Category: GLP-1 Agonist (Oral Small Molecule)

An investigational oral, small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist developed by Pfizer. Unlike peptide-based GLP-1s, Danuglipron is a non-peptide small molecule taken as a pill twice daily.
