Humanin Analog (HNG)

Category: Mitochondrial & Longevity Peptide

Humanin G (HNG, Ser14G-Humanin) is a potent S14G-substituted analog of Humanin — a mitochondria-derived peptide that protects against Alzheimer's disease, ischemia, diabetes, and aging-related cellular stress. The Gly14→Ser substitution makes HNG approximately 1000x more potent than native Humanin. HNG activates multiple cytoprotective pathways including STAT3, MEK/ERK, and IGF-1 signaling.

Half-Life: 6 hours

Common Dosage: 2–5mg

Benefits

  • ~1000x more potent than native Humanin
