Kisspeptin-54

The full-length form of Kisspeptin containing 54 amino acids (also called metastin). Kisspeptin-54 is the predominant circulating form of Kisspeptin and acts as the master regulator of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis by binding to GPR54/KISS1R receptors and triggering GnRH release. Used clinically in IVF protocols and researched for hypogonadism, infertility in both sexes, and testosterone optimization.
