A synthetic lipopeptide (Pal-KTTKS precursor fragment) used extensively in cosmeceutical skin care formulations. Palmitoyl Oligopeptide signals fibroblasts to produce more collagen I and fibronectin, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It is a key component of many premium anti-aging serums and creams, often paired with Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 (as Matrixyl 3000).
